One of the group's flagship projects in this area is M-Stroy System. It allows you to monitor the construction process online: approve documentation, keep records of the scope of work, personnel, equipment and materials. Face ID module allows you to determine the actual presence of personnel on the production site and calculate working hours, which directly affects efficiency.

The group is conducting an experiment to implement an unmanned roller compactor. Several pieces of unmanned equipment can also be combined under the control of a single operator.

According to Tatiana Gorlovskaya, "we automate not only production, but also non-production processes: we have launched an electronic document management system so that employees do not spend half a working day reviewing documents, but minutes."

In the Foreman's School, linear personnel can learn new skills on the job. Managers are also trained and future professionals are being developed. However, as Tatiana emphasized, the effectiveness of all approaches used depends on the motivation of the personnel, both material and non–material. "Motivation is the key to high productivity," said Tatiana Gorlovskaya at the end.

As part of the Labor Productivity Project, Natsproektstroy Group has entered into an agreement with RosKapStroy Federal Autonomous Institution to establish a strategic partnership.
