Tatyana Gorlovskaya, Deputy CEO for Human Resources at NPS, took part in the "HR E-Document Flow: Digitalization in Practice" conference.
During her speech, Tatyana presented Natsproektstroy's experience in implementing HR electronic document flow (KEDO) across the holding's companies. The project is still in the implementation phase, but the results are already impressive: converting core HR paperwork to digital format cuts signing times by 70-80% (for all parties involved). In addition, costs for paper and logistics have notably reduced.
"80% of our employees are production staff working across different regions of Russia. The implementation of KEDO helps us significantly optimize workflows and boost labour productivity. Currently, 6,000 employees have already been incorporated into the common system, and we are moving forward," noted Tatyana Gorlovskaya.
One of the important issues associated with the transition to electronic document flow is to engage employees and demonstrate that the new system means convenience, not stress. That is why we have developed informational materials and are providing training.
