The second stage of overpass sliding over MCD-2 in Tsaritsyno has been completed
The second stage of superstructure sliding has been completed during the construction of the overpass through MCD-2 by Natsproektstroy. The specialists of Roads and Bridges Mostootryad-4 slid the steel structure by another 70 meters in four days. In total, 150 meters out of 400 have already been completed.

The second stage of superstructure sliding has been completed during the construction of the overpass through MCD-2 by Natsproektstroy. The specialists of Roads and Bridges Mostootryad-4 slid the steel structure by another 70 meters in four days. In total, 150 meters out of 400 have already been completed.
Currently, more than 150 people and 15 pieces of equipment are employed at the site, which includes an overpass, exits from it to the Moscow High-Speed Diameter and a tunnel under Bakinskaya Street. The bridge workers have already begun to aggregate the span steel structures for the third stage of sliding. The construction of the tunnel is in its third and final stage.
The two-lane overpass is being built in parallel to the current six-lane Tsaritsyno Overpass built in 1973. It will connect Lipetsk Street in the Biryulyovo-Vostochnoye District and Kaspiyskaya Street as part of a new section of the Moscow High-Speed Diameter in the Tsaritsyno District.
