Traffic Opens on New Interchange at Tyumen's Moskovsky Highway

Natsproektstroy's Mostostroy-11 has completed construction of a new traffic interchange at the junction leading to the Tyumen Arena Sports Complex and the federal Yekaterinburg-Tyumen highway.
The new interchange, stretching approximately 7 km, features an overpass and two elevated pedestrian walkways. The overpass itself is a 202-meter-long structure supported by six pillars and consisting of five spans. The steel structures for the interchange, weighing over 2,900 tons, were fabricated at the production facility of Mostootryad-36.
Andrey Lazarev, Director of the Mostootryad-36 Branch of Mostostroy-11 JSC, thanked the designers from Stroyproekt Institute, Giprostroymost-SPb (part of NPS), Tyumengrazhdanproekt Institute, and Tyumendorproekt, as well as the engineers and builders who worked on the project, stating: "This interchange is one of the projects that will help resolve traffic issues. Visitors to Tyumen will see a beautifully designed overpass with a polygonal outline and decorative perforations."
