Natsproektstroy and Directum IT Company agreed at SPIEF to jointly develop digital HR technology
At SPIEF 2026, Natsproektstroy and Directum signed an agreement on the joint development of digital HR technology. The document was signed by Tatiana Gorlovskaya, Deputy CEO for Personnel Management at Natsproektstroy, and Zinaida Pirovskikh, Director of Heavy Industry and Construction at Directum.

The top priority of the partnership is the replication of HR electronic records management based on Directum HR Pro system in Natsproektstroy companies. The group is positive about the pilot projects: the solutions already implemented make it possible to reduce the cost of paper and consumables, logistics and document storage.
"Natsproektstroy combines more than 100 companies employing over 100,000 people. Our specialists are engaged in the design, construction and operation of infrastructure facilities in all regions of the country. Many work at remote sites on a rotation basis. Digitalization of HR records management will reduce the time for employment, business trips and vacations, and document review," said Tatiana Gorlovskaya, Deputy CEO for Personnel Management at Natsproektstroy.
