Natsproektstroy Companies Build Russia's Largest Railway Overpass on the High-Speed Railway

The structure will be installed on 428 supports, 234 of which are ready. The height of the supports ranges from 2.5 m to 14.5 m. The section is known for rough terrain, including peat and loam soils. To ensure stability, weak soils are being replaced and reinforced with cement. Foundations for the supports are built on 3,500 drilled piles, with nearly 2,300 of them already installed.

Builders are working within the protected zones of existing utilities: the route crosses overhead power lines, gas pipelines, and oil pipelines. The overpass will also cross the M11 Neva federal highway and three rivers: Murzinka, Kuzminka, and Slavyanka. To cross these waterways, sheet-pile cofferdams and temporary bridges are installed.

Operations continue 24 hours a day, with up to 450 workers and over 160 construction vehicles deployed during peak periods.
