Natsproektstroy co-held the Championship, supporting competitions in the Diagnostics and Repair of Electronic Components of Industrial Equipment. The company's representatives, as experts, developed competitive tasks and evaluated participants within this discipline, and spoke at panel sessions on training for high-tech industries.
Natsproektstroy and Novgorod Chemical Industrial College signed a strategic cooperation agreement during the championship. A high-tech production training department will be opened on the basis of the ballast-free slab plant for the Moscow – St. Petersburg high-speed railway.
Andrey Nikitin, Minister of Transport of the Russian Federation, Alexander Dronov, Governor of Novgorod Region, and Alexey Krapivin, CEO of Natsproektstroy, visited the competitions. The head of NPS Group signed cooperation agreements with Nakhodka Search Party (Novgorod Regional Public Organization) and the Dolina Search Expedition in Memory of N.I. Orlov. The group will provide logistical assistance, and its teams will search for unburied Red Army soldiers and unknown military graves from the Great Patriotic War on the high-speed railway construction sites passing through the Novgorod Region.
As suggested by Natsproektstroy, the Unmanned Road Construction Machinery Operator discipline was included in the program of 2026 High-Tech Championship. Recall that the company is introducing unmanned technology into the construction process: in 2025, a prototype of Russia's first unmanned compaction roller was successfully tested on M-12 highway.
On September 21, Natsproektstroy presented memorable gifts to the winners in the main event and juniors categories at the ceremony of awarding the winners of the Championship. The top five students were invited to internship at NPS.
