In 2024, Natsproektstroy completed construction of the first world-class water sports complex in the Far East region in Yuzhno-Sakhalinsk. The sports centre includes gyms for strength and cardio training, choreography, gymnastics, dry swimming and a rehabilitation complex.

Two professional swimming pools are provided for water sports. The first one is a 50-metre deck with 10 lanes. A floating partition allows the deck to be transformed into two pools. A second bottom system ensures safe training for young athletes. The second pool with a 10-metre-tall diving tower is designed for professional diving.

The largest sports centre in the Far East will be able to host international competitions in sports like classical swimming, water polo, diving and synchronised swimming.
