NOVATEK Research and Development Center in Tyumen is a unique facility that combines a media center, a multi-level parking lot and a modern laboratory & research center. Built as a single architectural and engineering ensemble, it has become an example of a modern approach to creating infrastructure for science and technology, where every detail embraces research, innovation and environmental protection.

Architectural volume: 218,993 m3

STAGE 1. THE AREA OF THE LABORATORY & RESEARCH CENTER IS 13,573 m2.

It includes laboratories for the analysis of core, fluids, solutions, soils and ecology, and unique installations unparalleled in Russia.

STAGE 2. THE AREA OF THE DATA CENTER IS 33,618 m2

It has the largest data center in the country. It is a strategic facility that ensures digital and national security.

Uniqueness: Translucent facade structures are made using a unique 'prefab' technique – facade elements were prefabricated and then delivered to the construction site, which sped up facade installation and reduced labor intensity.

Another distinctive feature of the project is the increased inclination of translucent facade structures.
