In December 2023, after the commissioning of Vykhodnoy – Lavna Coal Transshipment Complex railway line, the port received its first coal train. In November 2024, NPS specialists commissioned hydraulic structures: berths and an approach dam. On March 27, 2025, the President of the Russian Federation V.V.
