The new pedestrian underpass connects the Butyrsky and Timiryazevsky districts in northern Moscow, separated by Dmitrovskoye Highway and the Savyolovsky railway line, with NPS-Dorogi i Mosty as the general contractor.
The 84-meter underpass replaces two former ground-level crossings: one on Dmitrovskoye Highway near building 29, and another across the MCD-1 tracks near building 49 on Yablochkova Street. The structure was built using trenchless technologies, ensuring uninterrupted railway service.
It features three staircases and three elevators for passengers with limited mobility. Crossing the highway and railway tracks will now be faster and safer.
