The digital model of the Moscow – St. Petersburg High-Speed Road section, developed by Roszheldorproekt engineers (a subsidiary of Natsproektstroy), has won gold at the Russian TEAM-LEADERS 2025/26 competition.
Specialists from 11 Roszheldorproekt departments worked on the project. Following expert evaluation, the model was awarded first place in the "Information Modeling of Transport Communications" category.
The model includes a station complex and platforms for an intermediate passenger station, an electrical signalbox, service buildings, utilities, and the catenary system. The design incorporates an innovative ballastless slab track structure for the High-Speed Road based on a proprietary fourth-generation track slab developed and patented by Natsproektstroy.
The information model was created in a common high-precision coordinate system, incorporating data from geological and geodetic surveys. The domestic S-INFO software, developed by Natsproektstroy companies was used to assemble the model.
The Russian TEAM-LEADERS competition with international participation has been held annually since 2016 with the support of the Russian Ministry of Construction. Its goal is to identify best practices in information modeling across the construction industry.
