The bridge over the Ob River in Surgut has been completed

On June 3, the banks of the Ob River were connected by a new bridge built by Mostostroy-11 (part of GC NPS, JSC) - the final superstructure superstructure superstructure has been completed.
From now on, the bridge is pedestrianized and technological transport can pass by.
The solemn event was attended by Marat Khusnullin, Deputy Prime Minister of the Russian Federation, Roman Starovoit, Minister of Transport of the Russian Federation, Ruslan Kukharuk, Governor of Khanty-Mansiysk Autonomous Okrug - Yugra, Nikolay Russu, Director General of Mostostroy-11, guests of honor, builders.
Marat Khusnullin thanked the bridge builders for their work and noted: "The new bridge across the Ob River was started to be built in 2022. By the way, the construction was supported by the President. This is a long-awaited object. It should improve communication between settlements and reduce travel time".

"Connecting the banks of the Ob is not just another stage of construction. It is a clear symbol of the common work of the companies of Natsproektstroy and our partners, professionalism and responsibility to the future," emphasized Alexey Krapivin, General Director of GC NPS, JSC.

Mostostroy-11 specialists started assembling the span structure in August 2023. In the difficult climatic conditions of the northern region, on average, they assembled more than a thousand tons of steel structures per month. The total weight of the span of the new bridge over the Ob River in Surgut is 23.5 thousand tons, the length of the span is 1758 meters.

The bridge is scheduled to open to traffic in the 4th quarter of this year.
