They visited key facilities and checked out the progress of the first section of High-Speed Railway Line 1, and also noted how well the construction camps were set up. Special attention was paid to the inspection of the construction site of one of the largest man-made structures on the line, the bridge over the Shoshu River, which will be more than 8 km long.
"We, the builders, are optimistic about our work and we are glad that there is such a unique project that we need to implement. Currently, more than 7 thousand specialists and 3 thousand pieces of equipment are involved in the project. I think the number will increase significantly within a few months. We will move forward," said Alexey Krapivin, Head of Natsproektstroy Group.
The high-speed line that will connect Moscow with St. Petersburg as part of the Efficient Transport System National Project. The construction has been commissioned by Russian President Vladimir Putin.
