The operator agreement concluded between OSSP and Avtodor Group has taken effect and will remain valid until December 31, 2033.

“This is a major milestone, marking the expansion of OSSP’s toll road operations into the Leningrad Region. This opens up new opportunities and entails greater responsibility. We continue our operations, applying the full range of our accumulated expertise, to make travel on toll roads increasingly comfortable," commented Oleg Trofimov, CEO of the company.

The ceremony of the interchange opening was attended by Andrei Nikitin, Minister of Transport of the Russian Federation, Alexander Drozdenko, Governor of the Leningrad Region, and Alexander Dronov, Governor of the Novgorod Region. The new facility will improve the highway's connection with the road infrastructure of the Leningrad and Novgorod Regions.

The interchange is just a 15‑minute drive from the future Zharovskaya HSR station. A multifunctional highway service area heading towards St. Petersburg is located nearby. In case of emergency, drivers will have round-the-clock access to assistance from road safety officers.
