Natsproektstroy is completing the upgrade of the Moscow Region section of M-1 Belarus federal highway. The total technical readiness of the facility in Odintsovo District is 83%.
NPS Transstroymechanizatsiya has finished the roadbed. Specialists have laid 470 thousand tons of asphalt concrete pavement. 40 km of barrier and 34 km of parapet fences have been installed for traffic safety. The project involves 670 people and 115 pieces of equipment.
The slopes are protected with gabions, and culverts are installed. Work is underway on 12 artificial structures. Two bridges across Nara and Kapanka Rivers are 98% ready, and shore protection is underway. Two of the four overpasses have been completed.
A modern recreation ground is being built on the 74th kilometer of the highway, which has reached 90% readiness.
The road will expand from four to six lanes. This will affect traffic capacity, reduce travel time, and improve road safety.
