Overall Progress of R-280 Highway Section Near Taganrog Reaches 82%

NPS unit Transstroymekhanizatsiya has pushed construction progress on the Rostov section of the R-280 Novorossiya highway (km 70–83) to 82%.

TSM teams are currently laying the top asphalt surface layer. The builders have already completed the installation of culverts and have begun slope stabilization and seeding.  At the same time, installation of roadway lighting, traffic signals, and safety barriers is underway.

More than 95% of the required aggregates have already been delivered to the site. Since the start of construction, the company's own plant has produced over 200,000 tons of asphalt concrete and organomineral mixes.

There are 158 workers and 94 units of equipment currently deployed on-site. The highway overhaul is progressing on schedule.
