According to Mikhail Evraev, Governor of the Yaroslavl Region, "The new bridge, stretching over three kilometers, will divert transit traffic away from the historic city center and become a vital component of the region's transport infrastructure."

On the right bank, a major milestone in foundation works has been completed: all piles for the traffic interchange and the right-bank overpass are now fully installed. A total of 296 piles have been driven across 14 piers. Over 2,500 cubic meters of reinforced concrete poured to date.

Currently, 150 personnel and 25 units of construction vehicles from NPS companies are deployed at the site.
