NPS completes construction of socially significant facilities in Yamal
The construction of the Fakel Arena Sports Complex in Novy Urengoy being built by Natsproektstroy Mostostroy-11 has reached the final stage. The main construction work has been completed, the facility is under commissioning and review for compliance with the requirements of the design documentation. The arena will become the home ground of the Fakel Yamal Football Club.

The total area of the four-storey building is 12.5 thousand m2. The interior of the complex is divided into three independent blocks. They will accommodate a universal sports hall for 1,200 spectators, basketball and volleyball courts, a fitness center, a gym block with a group training room, a choreographic studio, medical offices and food outlets.
A special sports lighting system has been installed inside the complex in accordance with the requirements of the football federation and federal TV channels broadcasting interregional competitions.
The new building of the Rachmaninov Children's Art School is also in the final stages of construction. It was designed by Tyumengrazhdanproekt Institute (part of NPS). The architects drew inspiration from the natural beauty of the North, and one of the unusual design solutions of the building facade was the image of the northern lights.
The area of the largest children's art school in Yamal is 12 thousand m2, 1,140 students will study here. The facility has a varying number of storeys from three to four, which will accommodate classrooms for painting, music, theoretical and individual classes, workshops, studios, theatrical production rooms, rehearsal rooms and a spacious concert hall with 300 seats.
