A new exit ramp from the Moscow High-Speed Diameter onto Kashirskoye Highway, built by NPS's Mostootryad-47, has opened to traffic.
The total length of the new road section is 1,700 m, comprising a two-lane flyover 800 m long, which consists of two spans — a 300-metre steel span over the MCD-2 line and a reinforced concrete span along Kashirskoye highway.
Work above the railway tracks was carried out during scheduled windows without interrupting train services.
Excess vehicle mileage in the area will drop by almost half, and the time needed to get from the Moscow High-Speed Diameter onto Kashirskoye Highway towards the region will fall sixfold — from 6 minutes to 1 minute.
