The ceremony was attended by Oleg Belozerov, Head of Russian Railways, Tatyana Gorlovskaya, Deputy CEO for Personnel Management at Natsproektstroy, and Mikhail Kiselyov, Chairman of the Russian Student Groups Supervisory Board.

"Working at high–speed railway line facilities will give students the opportunity to study advanced construction techniques and learn from the experience of the industry's best professionals. For us, this is an investment in the future: we are attaining interested young people who have been trained at the largest infrastructure project in modern Russia," said Tatiana Gorlovskaya.

During the construction of the high-speed railway line, students will learn the professions of a steel fixer, concreter, installer, and road worker.

Natsproektstroy will temporarily employ them and fully organize their daily life from passing a medical examination and work clothes to food and accommodation. Mentors from among the experienced engineers and workers of the group will be assigned to the students.

The cooperation between Natsproektstroy, Russian Railways and Russian Student Groups was sealed with a memorandum. The document defines the basic principles of cooperation: creating conditions for attracting construction groups to work at high-speed railway line facilities, professional training in sought-after occupations, safe working conditions, and the formation of a talent pool for Natsproektstroy companies from among the most distinguished construction project participants.

Moscow–St. Petersburg High-Speed Highway Line is being built on behalf of Russian President Vladimir Putin. The line will be the first dedicated railway in Russia with train speeds of up to 400 km/hour.
Natsproektstroy is systematically attracting young people to key infrastructure projects in the country. In recent years alone, student groups have participated in the construction of the second tracks of Baikal-Amur Mainline, the construction of a bridge over the Ob River and Artyom TPP-2.
