NPS held a career guidance meeting for students at the Moscow M.F. Panov College of Modern Technologies. More than 100 future welders, road construction machinery operators and repair technicians learned about career opportunities offered by the holding.
Tatyana Gorlovskaya, Deputy CEO for Human Resources at NPS, told the students about the most promising professions in infrastructure construction and the activities of the NPS Youth Council.
“For us, education is not just about theory, but real, hands-on experience in the field. In an era of a young talent shortage, we blur the lines between the classroom and the construction site so that from day one, students master the skills that the industry truly needs. Furthermore, the company supports their career development even after employment, motivating them to participate in professional competitions and acquire new competencies,” said Tatyana Gorlovskaya.
In addition, NPS signed cooperation agreements with the M.F. Panov College of Modern Technologies and the Moscow Center for Vocational Education Development, which is a key platform for advancing vocational education in Moscow, helping to implement advanced educational practices and training methods while providing methodological support to colleges.
