Natsproektstroy presented construction career opportunities to Novgorod students

More than 500 students of Novgorod State University and Novgorod College of Civil Engineering learned about career opportunities at Natsproektstroy Group. The career guidance meeting was held at Valdai Intellectual Electronics Innovation Research and Technology Center.

Tatyana Gorlovskaya, Deputy CEO for Personnel Management at Natsproektstroy, told students about the occupations in demand in the field of infrastructure construction, about the necessary skills and requirements of employers, and presented the career track stages.

"The geography of Natsproektstroy projects covers almost all cities of the country, and we need talented young people everywhere. Together with Novgorod Region, we are participating in the largest federal project, the first Moscow–St. Petersburg High-Speed Railway. The group is deploying construction sites in the region and opening modern production facilities. We hope that working with local universities and colleges will strengthen our team with motivated professionals," Tatiana Gorlovskaya emphasized.

A cooperation agreement was also signed today between Natsproektstroy and Novgorod State University. The group and the university intend to jointly develop educational programs, hold student internships and on-the-job training for foremen, and promote the employment of graduates in Natsproektstroy.

As one of the key employers in the construction industry, Natsproektstroy is systematically pursuing skilled personnel. The group is a co–organizer of the Young Specialist - Builder of the Future Forum, supports the High-Tech Championship, and cooperates with Russian Student Groups. Together with the Ministry of Construction and the Ministry of Education, it has released two career guidance films recommended for schools: "Roads" about the job of machine operators and "Bridges" about designers. Natsproektstroy also implements professional development programs for blue-collar workers, advanced training programs based on engineering classes and targeted training at universities.
