Natsproektstroy showcased an electric actuator for high-speed railways at the international expo in Kyrgyzstan
Natsproektstroy presented a prototype of a Russian electric actuator for high-speed railways at the first International Ala-Too Trade & Industry Expo 2026 of Shanghai Cooperation Organization countries in Bishkek. The prototype was showcased at the collective booth of the Ministry of Industry and Trade of Russia.

The innovative PV-EL electric actuator is designed for high-speed railway 1/25 point switches. The length of such a point switch is 118 meters, trains can use it to exit onto a side track at speeds up to 120 km/h, while maintaining smooth running.
The electric actuator operates in conjunction with a hardware and software package that enables operators to remotely or automatically switch the point and monitor the status of devices. The equipment has the fourth, highest safety integrity level, which practically rules out any failure.
On the first day of the expo, representatives of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic came to see the prototype of Natsproektstroy companies: Prime Minister Adylbek Kasymaliev and Minister of Economy and Commerce Bakyt Sydykov, and Ivan Kulikov, Deputy Minister of Industry and Trade of the Russian Federation.
International Ala-Too trade & Industry Expo 2026 is taking place in Bishkek from 4 to 6 June. More than 90 major representatives of SCO companies are taking part in the event.
