Natsproektstroy at the session of Gazstroyprom

Dmitry Bolotsky, Deputy CEO of NPS for Commerce, spoke at a session of Gazstroyprom held by Kommersant Publishing House during SPIEF 2026.

He explained how the relationship between the customer and the contractor is changing in the modern conditions of 'economic constraints'.

According to him, one of the ways for the effective implementation of infrastructure projects is an 'Open Book' approach, which reduces key risks through transparency, flexibility and step-by-step planning, while requiring a clear allocation of responsibility.

"Natsproektstroy actively cooperates with both private and government customers. We are building infrastructure facilities across the country and abroad. Introduction of a standard for a long-term well-balanced contract, for example, for 5 years in advance, can have a positive impact on the relationship between the customer and the contractor, reduce risks and improve the effectiveness of projects. This will increase predictability and allow companies to invest more confidently in machinery and technology," Dmitry Bolotsky emphasized.
