On September 18, the final of the High-Tech Championship concluded in Veliky Novgorod, with Natsproektstroy acting as a partner.
For Championship guests, the holding organized two venues. In the career guidance zone, visitors learned about modern construction professions and technologies, and even tried to operate various models of road rollers.
The second venue hosted the competition in the "Operator of Autonomous Road Construction Equipment" competency, a discipline included in the programme for the first time at the NPS's initiative. Over three days, the winners of the regional stage competed for the title of best in the category. Participants completed theoretical tasks and demonstrated their skills in operating an autonomous road roller using a special simulator that replicates various terrain types, locations, weather conditions, and emergency situations. Upon completion of the contest modules, the expert committee assessed the road surface compaction quality and adherence to technical parameters.
The best result was shown by Alexander Zakhratov, a student at the Tyumen College of Industrial and Social Technologies. He noted that his interest in special-purpose equipment dates back to his childhood, and it was his studies in the relevant field combined with a wish to test his skills that led him to the tournament. Second place went to Denis Mokshanov from the Altai Transport College. Third place was taken by Nikita Buzhag from the Ramenskoye Road Construction College. As Tatyana Gorlovskaya, NPS Deputy CEO for Human Resources, emphasised, the winners will have the opportunity to undertake internships at Natsproektstroy.
During the event, the NPS zones were visited by Alexander Dronov, Governor of the Novgorod Region; Konstantin Pashkov, First Deputy Minister of Transport of the Russian Federation; and Andrei Nikolaev, Deputy Minister of Education of the Russian Federation.
Natsproektstroy has supported the High-Tech Championship for the second year running. In 2025, the holding acted as a partner in the "Diagnostics and Repair of Electronic Components of Industrial Equipment" competency.
