Natsproektstroy and the Institute of Professional Education Development have agreed to cooperate
Natsproektstroy Group and the Institute of Professional Education Development (IPED) have signed a cooperation agreement. The agreement was signed by Tatiana Gorlovskaya, Deputy CEO for HR Management at Natsproektstroy, and Margarita Skvortsova, Director of the Kaluga Branch of IPED.

The agreement is aimed at promoting systematic cooperation in the field of personnel training and development and includes joint work on the development, updating of curricula and practical training for college students in group companies. The parties have also agreed to conduct joint industry-specific and career guidance projects and events.
"Due to the shortage of young people in technical fields, Natsproektstroy continues to actively attract future builders and improve their skills. As Russia's leading infrastructure group of companies, we are ready not only to share our experience, but also to provide training opportunities. Full–fledged, joint training of personnel now means motivated industry professionals in the future," emphasized Tatiana Gorlovskaya.
