On May 9, volunteers from Natsproektstroy planted lilac bushes in memory of the heroes of the Great Patriotic War. The campaign took place in Moscow, on Vorobyovy Gory.
A plaque was placed next to each of the seedlings with the name of a road worker, designer, bridge worker and power engineer who fought at the front or worked in the rear, bringing the Great Victory closer.
"Today we are paying tribute to those who built the Road of Life to besieged Leningrad, thousands of roads and bridges, which carried weapons and ammunition, evacuated the wounded. Their feat is an example not only for us, but also for future generations. Therefore, it is important that many colleagues participate in the campaign together with their families," says Tatiana Gorlovskaya, Deputy CEO for Personnel Management at NPS Group.
Every visitor of the park can read about the fate of the heroes. The group's volunteers will take care of the trees.
