A new playground has been opened in the village of Novy Urgal, Khabarovsk Region, with the support of Natsproektstroy. The playground was a gift from the group to the residents of the village on National Unity Day.
At the grand opening of the playground, Alexey Anciperov, CEO of Bamstroymechanizatsiya (part of Natsproektstroy), handed over the symbolic keys to the head of Novy Urgal, Evgeny Stukov, and wished the residents of Urgal sports victories.
The playground with an area of more than 1.5 thousand m2 has become the largest in the village: a play structure, slides, sandboxes, and swings have been installed here. Gymnastic equipment, a volleyball court and a mini-football field were installed for the athletes.
"Natsproektstroy Group, of which we are a part, builds huge facilities throughout Russia: Baikal-Amur Mainline, the country's first high-speed railway, M-12 and M-11 motorways. Our entire country needs concrete bridges, tunnels, and roads to connect cities and regions. But it is equally important to change the environment for the better in a particular small area, near our homes," said Alexey Anciperov, CEO of Bamstroymechanizatsiya (part of Natsproektstroy).
Last year, the village, whose history is connected with the construction of Baikal-Amur Mainline, celebrated its half-century anniversary. Today, more than 7,000 people live here, and Novy Urgal is one of the junction stations of East Baikal-Amur Mainline.
