Large families have always enjoyed the support of the state and society. In 2022, the President of the Russian Federation V. Putin established July 8 as the Day of Family, Love and Fidelity.
On this day, Alexey Krapivin, General Director of GC NPS, JSC, congratulated all employees of the holding company with many children. Families with six or more children were specially recognized, and on that day they were presented with certificates for purchasing electronics and equipment. At the meeting Alexey Andreyevich told about the promising program of support for families of the company's employees with four and more children, and also asked to share what corporate benefits will be most useful for their families in the current economic conditions.
"Families with several underage children growing up at the same time are under tremendous financial strain. The desire of every parent is to provide the younger generation with maximum opportunities to develop and receive a good education. That's why in our program we put an emphasis on providing assistance in obtaining basic and additional education," said Alexey Krapivin, General Director of GC NPS, JSC.
The system of corporate support for large families will include additional payments and additional vacation days for parents. The number of benefits provided grows with the number of children in the family. For example, if an employee with four children in the family has students who study in the construction specialty on “good” and “excellent”, they can count on a monthly corporate scholarship in the amount of 3 000 (for secondary schools) to 5 000 (for universities) rubles
If there are five or more children in a family, the possibility of receiving a scholarship is supplemented by reimbursement of kindergarten fees, classes in development circles and sports halls, and expenses for the purchase of school supplies for the beginning of the school year. In addition, once every three years, 80% of the cost of one purchased personal computer and smartphone will be reimbursed.
Families with six or more children will receive the maximum number of benefits: in addition to all the above benefits, they will also be paid for summer camp vacations and travel to the place of recreation, visits to entertainment parks and purchase of medicines for the whole family.
In addition, all GC NPS, JSC employees already benefit from a voluntary health insurance program and a well-being program providing discounts on sports, online learning, foreign language study, etc.
