Dmitry Bolotsky, Deputy General Director for Commerce of GC NPS, JSC spoke at the session “From Concrete to Bits: Digital in the Construction Complex” at the INOOPROM international exhibition in Yekaterinburg, where he described the solutions used by the holding in the creation of infrastructure facilities
According to him, information modeling technology proved its effectiveness in the construction of BAM and Trans-Siberian Railway, the Moscow transport hub and the Moscow Metro. With a digital model in place, any subsequent maintenance, modernization, overhauls can be performed faster, better quality and more reliably.
"NPS is actively developing its own digital products, including the MStroy construction project management platform. This system allows for the maintenance of work schedules and can integrate with various accounting programs and ERP systems. Our development increases the efficiency of cost control and helps to ensure the accuracy of the construction schedule," said Dmitry Bolotsky.
GC NPS, JSC companies actively use UAVs for engineering surveys and author's supervision, which increases the efficiency of monitoring and accuracy of the data obtained. In cooperation with GLONASS, GC NPS, JSC plans to test a road roller equipped with the Russian autonomous driving system on the M-12 highway for the first time in Russia.
