GC NPS, JSC and Russian Student Detachments agree on cooperation
At the St. Petersburg International Economic Forum, GC NPS, JSC, Russia's largest construction holding company, and Russian Student Detachments, a youth all-Russian public organization, signed an agreement on long-term cooperation.
The document was signed by Tatyana Gorlovskaya, Deputy General Director for Human Resources Management of GC NPS, JSC, on the one hand, and Yaroslav Zubashchenko, Head (Commander) of the Central Headquarters of the Russian Student Squads, on the other hand.
Within the framework of the agreement, GC NPS, JSC will attract students of specialized educational organizations to work at its construction sites. The parties also agreed to hold joint events, projects and programs aimed at developing the activities of student squads.
«According to our calculations, in the next 10 years we, like many other companies, will face a shortage of young specialists, so our task is to attract future builders to the industry. In cooperation with the Ministry of Construction and the Ministry of Education of the Russian Federation, we produce films about construction professions, support and participate in vocational skills competitions. Within the framework of cooperation with RSO, 250 students became participants of the All-Russian construction project “Star of Ob” - a bridge across the Ob River in Surgut. We plan to attract future specialists to the construction of the Moscow - St. Petersburg high-speed railway line," emphasized Tatiana Gorlovskaya, Deputy General Director for HR Management of NPS Group.
"Thanks to the partnership with GC NPS, JSC we will be able to offer student youth more specialties for their involvement in labor activity. The holding will get interested young people who have previously undergone additional professional training. And for students, working in the student squads is a great opportunity to learn the chosen specialty in practice, prove themselves to the employer and get a job offer", - said Yaroslav Zubashchenko, Head (Commander) of the Central Headquarters of the Russian Student Squads.
