Specialists of Natsproektstroy Roads and Bridges JSC have completed the installation of the overpass superstructure over the existing Shumash-Spassk-Ryazansky road in Ryazan Region. It is part of a project to build a bridge crossing over the Oka River.
Specialists of Natsproektstroy Roads and Bridges JSC have completed the installation of the overpass superstructure over the existing Shumash-Spassk-Ryazansky road in Ryazan Region. It is part of a project to build a bridge crossing over the Oka River.
Over the course of four nights, the specialists of Mostootryad-22 installed 11 beams with a length of 33 meters each in their design position. They worked during the 'night windows' in order to maintain the most comfortable driving conditions for motorists on this section of the road.
At the next stage, the builders will have to install two more overpass superstructures.
The new bridge across the Oka River will take the load off the existing bridge, which is experiencing significant stress due to higher traffic. The existing bridge, built in 1972, cannot handle the increased traffic.
